Refund Policy

We understand plans change. Our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellations made 14 or more days before your check-in date will receive a full refund, minus any booking platform service fees. Cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.

In the event of a genuine emergency, we handle requests on a case-by-case basis with compassion. Please reach out directly rather than disputing through our platform.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
